Cabin: Economy Light: cabin bag OR personal item, not both. From Flex up you get both. Watch the aircraft type: on the turboprops (Dash 8, ATR) the limit is 55x40x23 instead of 56x45x25 — many standard cabin cases do not fit there.

The strictest cabin rule in the dataset. At the counter you can add up to 3 kg to a 10 kg total; Xtra Carry-On raises it to 14 kg with max 10 kg per piece. Items strapped together do not count as one. Anything bought at the airport counts toward the allowance. Infants under 2 get no cabin allowance.
